Clarity, with context.
Small tools can help you ask better questions. They cannot tell your whole story.
What these tools do
DayWell brings together eight educational calculators, planners and check-in tools. Results respond to your inputs in your browser. The tools do not provide diagnosis, treatment, or a personalized clinical plan.
How estimates work
Hydration uses a weight-based baseline plus custom activity, weather and altitude adjustments. Energy tools use a Mifflin–St Jeor-style equation with activity multipliers and optional custom energy adjustments. Meal and headache tools count selected components or symptoms without assigning clinical risk or food-quality scores. Sleep planners use fixed timing assumptions; sleep cycles and individual needs vary.
Sources and additional methodology appear on each tool page. A source supporting the general topic does not validate the tool’s custom formula. Clinical review of the custom formulas has not been established.
Stress and calm
The Stress & Calm tool offers a personal rating, an optional mood diary, a comfortable breathing timer and an adaptable sensory grounding exercise. It does not score anxiety, diagnose a condition or infer a connection between stress and your other symptoms. Exercise sources are linked on the tool page.
Use results thoughtfully
Calorie outputs are rough estimates, not prescribed intakes. Weekly weight loss is not predicted. Both energy tools default to maintenance estimates without a custom reduction. They offer different optional adjustment controls; the same numerical adjustment and activity inputs use shared arithmetic. Consider professional advice when deciding whether either assumption fits your situation.
Built for your pace
No registration is required. We keep inputs on the page, explain limitations, and let you reset or print results. The headache diary can be exported or deleted. Bring any useful notes to your next appointment.
